Lindsey is a career horsewoman with 20 years experience in the industry. She has trained champions at most of the major horse shows in the US in all disciplines.  In addition to her vigorous show schedule and training top young riders, Lindsey also focuses a great deal on importing top equitation and hunter prospects. She spends 4-5 weeks a year in Europe scouting horses for the US market.

Lindsey holds Degrees in Business and Psychology from Skidmore College. She has been a guest columnist for Equine Journal and Rate My Riding as well as having been an established clinician in both the US and Canada. Lindsey was a 2-time APAHA “Rising Star Award” nominee, ranked as one of Litchfield County’s top young professionals, and a guest speaker for the Centered Riding Symposium and Lendon Gray’s Dressage Fair.

Lindsey is deeply passionate about horsemanship, education, and quality instruction of any rider that has the will and desire to learn. She believes strongly that the bond between horse and rider is the key to personal development of young riders; she utilizes the platform of equestrian education to teach dedication, self-discipline, horsemanship, and life skills to her students that extend far past the horse world.  In addition to a strong focus on equitation, she incorporates classical dressage, the European training system, and behaviorist theories from psychology to help riders understand how horses think and learn.
