With over 25 years of experience coaching national champions and managing international competition programs, Lindsey brings a distinctive blend of strategy, intuition, and horsemanship to every level of the operation. Her vision drives Halcyon's growth across continents and disciplines.

Michel Feitosa

Michel Feitosa

Trainer

Raised in Santos, São Paulo, Brazil, Michel Feitosa moved to the United States in 2018 to work with Brazilian Olympic champion Rodrigo Pessoa. He joined the Halcyon team in 2020 and brings an impressive track record of developing both horses and riders to reach their full potential. At Halcyon, Michel plays an integral role in training and competition, combining experience, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the sport. His commitment to excellence and ability to produce top-performing horses make him a valuable asset to both the team and its clients.

Addyson Cord

Addyson Cord

Trainer

Originally from Loomis, California, Addyson Cord is a talented rider and key member of the Halcyon team, known for her strong horsemanship and attention to detail. With an impressive foundation in the equitation ring, she graduated from the University of Georgia, where she competed on the NCEA Division I Equestrian team. At Halcyon, Addyson manages the equitation horses and riders, playing an essential role in their development and day-to-day success. She is also highly skilled in developing and marketing young jumper, hunter, and equitation prospects. Her dedication, organization, and keen eye make her an integral part of the program.

Hugo McAlpine

Hugo McAlpine

Originally from County Tyrone, Ireland, McAlpine brings a strong international background and depth of experience to the Halcyon team. He moved to the United States in 2022 to work under Olympic rider Shane Sweetnam and has previously ridden for top professionals across Europe. Hugo specializes in developing young horses and riders, with a program focused on strategy and long-term success. Known for his strong eye for talent and natural sales ability, he plays a key role in both producing quality horses and matching them with the right riders.
